How do I reserve my room?
Our reservation process is very simple. Select the dates of arrival, number of nights desired, and enter the number of adults & children. Click the Check Availability Button.

After room types and rates are returned to your screen, you will be able to choose the room/rate plan you desire by reading the room information to the right of the room picture, then clicking on the Reserve this Room button on the right side of the screen.

After you have selected your desired room type, you will be taken to a "Secure Reservation Request" form. Then you will need to review the "Reservation Information & Restrictions" and fill in the blanks on the "Customer Information" section. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly. After you fill out all of the needed information, press the "Submit Reservation" button.

What are Special Internet Rates?
The rates displayed through the Niagara Central Reservation System are often the lowest rates that the individual lodging establishments give to their customers. Niagara Central Reservations is a cooperative venture amongst Niagara's leading tourism operators.

Unlike all other on-line reservation web sites, participants in our system do not incur any extra transactions fees, thereby passing the savings along to their valued customers.
Booking a room though the Niagara Central Reservations system gives you both savings and security.
You can't beat that!

How come not all the rates for a hotel are available on the Internet?
Room availability and rate information is subject to Internet availability depending on the hotels' reservation systems. For example, if you do not see a government rate available for your dates requested at a particular hotel property, the hotel may not offer this rate through the Internet. Please call the hotel directly if you have questions regarding a particular rate.

Is the room rate per person or per night?
The quoted room rate is per room per night. The rate will reflect the number of persons you entered on the Search Form. It is for one person if you selected one person and it's for two people if you selected two people

Do hotels have minimum age requirements?
Please be aware that some hotels, foreign and domestic, may have minimum age restrictions or requirements when reserving a room. This may be listed on the Review Rules and Restrictions section of the review rates/form submission page. or with the hotel directly.

When do I have to include my credit card number?
Lodgings require up-front payment with your credit card at the time of booking. This ensures you have a room when you arrive so you are not "bumped" or "overbooked."

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We take this matter very seriously. To ensure your security, Niagara Central Reservations utilizes a secure commerce server, which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it into a non-usable form.
Please visit this page for more info

What credit card types are accepted for guarantee/deposit?
The card types accepted for guarantee/deposit will be listed in the Payment and deposit information section within the confirmation page.

My credit card number is correct, but the hotel is not accepting it. Why?
There are a few possibilities:

How does my credit card guarantee my hotel reservation?
When you supply us with your credit card, we pass that number to the hotel. Your hotel reservation will be held until the date and time you indicated that you would check in. If you cancel your trip or decide to stay elsewhere, you must cancel your hotel reservation or the hotel may impose a "no-show" charge.

Are taxes included in the rate?
It will be indicated by the quoted rate if taxes and miscellaneous charges/fees are included. In general, taxes and fees are included for "Special Internet Rates" and are not included for "Additional Rates." This is just a general rule and you should carefully read all text associated with any reservation.

Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)?
If special requests are accepted by the lodging, a section will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such requests and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability.

If you call the hotel directly after concluding your transaction, the reservation from our system may not have been entered into the property management computer system. Rest assured, the room is booked; however, the hotel simply has not entered your details into their system yet. If you cancel before the deadline, generally you will not be charged a penalty. Canceling after the stated period will result in a cancellation penalty fee.

What if there will be more than two adults in the room?
Most hotels allow additional adults to stay in the rooms at a charge (usually between $5.00-$20.00 per person). Some hotels and most vacation rentals have a limit on how many people can stay in a room. This may be listed on the Review Rules and Restrictions section of the review rates/form submission page.

Our children will be with us... do they stay free?

The location information of the travel supplier is usually listed on a separate directions page. This can identify the distance from the hotel to certain landmarks.

Unlike hotels with per person pricing, there is a set price for an entire vacation rental with a maximum number of persons allowed. Most two-bedroom vacation rentals sleep a maximum of six, and most three-bedroom vacation rentals sleep up to eight.
